Most cars in here are owned by Te Awamutu, Pirongia, Kihikihi and Otorohanga drivers who just want their car looked after properly without being upsold on consumables they don't need. We follow the manufacturer's schedule, use the right oil and filters for the model, document what we did, and stamp the book.
On repairs, the job starts with the diagnostic. We've got the scan tools and the seat-time to read a fault code in context — not just throw a part at it and hope. If we can't see the fault on first look, we'll tell you what we want to investigate and how long it'll take. Honest is the whole job.
Light commercial — utes, vans, small trucks — gets the same treatment. Bigger bays, the right tools, schedules that keep your runabout on the road instead of in the shop.
