Tyrewise is the national product-stewardship scheme that finally got tyre recycling sorted in NZ. As a registered partner, every tyre we take off goes into the recycling stream — not landfill, not a paddock somewhere. You pay the small Tyrewise levy at fit, we handle the rest.
On supply, we source from the local distributors so most common sizes are next-day if not same-day. Tell us the make, model, and what you're using the car for, and we'll quote a couple of options — value, mid-range, and premium — so you can pick what suits.
Fitting includes balancing as standard. We'll also check the alignment looks sensible — if the car's pulling we'll flag it so you don't chew through the new set in six months.
Phone, photo of the sidewall, fit, recycle. That's the lot.
Make + model + the numbers off the sidewall (e.g. 225/45R17). Photo is fine. Email or text.
Two or three options across price points, including the Tyrewise levy. No surprises.
Most common sizes are next-day. Performance sizes may take 2–3 working days to land.
On the rack, off the rack, balanced on the spinner. Old tyres go into the Tyrewise bin.
Bring it back at the next service and we'll rotate front-to-back to even out the wear.
